Brighton and Hove Therapy Hub encompasses a large number of Therapists who are qualified, and BACP registered, they are experienced in supporting a wide range of issues ranging from anxiety, depression, eating-disorders, gender identity issues, gambling issues, Codependency as well as those experiencing other stressful or life changing situations such as bereavement, separation, divorce or bullying.
Our listed and qualified registered Therapists come from a range of professional backgrounds, many having built their counselling practice across the Sussex Counties and London, but all are experienced in their own professional fields of counselling. As a group they share best-practice and codes of ethical conduct as well as completing professional development sometimes as part of Brighton and Hove Therapy Hub groups with a qualified training instructor. Our registered therapists work across Brighton and Hove using Hove Therapy Rooms situated in Church Road, Hove and Brighton Therapy Practice in Princes Street Brighton.
You will find that some therapists can assist you to explore your own issues, situations and feelings though discussing their own modalities and therapy practice. While other Therapists work on the basis of giving a safe space, free of any examples or expectations within which you can explore and identify better with your own situation. Approaches which therapists may offer include Behavioural Therapy Cognitive, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy, EMDR, Gestalt Therapy, Human Givens Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Psychosexual Therapy and Transpersonal Psychology.
