Your Professional Title
Core Process/ Mindfulness Therapist
About Me
I am a Senior Student of Core Process Psychotherapy at the Karuna Institute and a UKCP Trainee Therapist. I offer a contemplative practice that is based on western psychology theory and incorporates Buddhist principles . My life-experience and training, which includes an MA in Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy, has led me to appreciate the reasons mindfulness is the way to go! For me, therapy can be anything from a safe place where you can be heard and not feel alone to a process of working together on deep issues and achieving meaningful changes to your life.
My Background
I have seen clients and facilitated groups at a psychiatric hospital, and I have also worked with private clients on a broad range of subjects.

Prior to training as a therapist, I worked for over 20 years in the third sector as a project manager and consultant before moving into the corporate sector as a coach and trainer. As a result, I also have experience providing one-to-one support to managers for work-related and personal issues which I can draw on when appropriate in my sessions. I am also a qualified yoga and movement teacher and have worked with women on pregnancy and motherhood issues using body work as well as therapeutic approaches.

I offer psychotherapy sessions in three languages: English, Hebrew and Spanish.
