I hold both the Hypnotherapy in Practise Diploma (HPD) and the Diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH). Fully insured and holding an Enhanced DBS certificate for working with adults and children, I am a member of both The National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Association for Solution-Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH). To ensure my skillset is as up-to-date as possible and to enable me to work in as wide a remit as I can, I undergo regular Continual Professional Development (CPD) training and supervision by The Clifton Practise. Based in Brighton, UK, I offer treatments online nationally and worldwide, plus run an in-person clinics in Brighton and Hove. In-Person Home Visits are also available by special arrangement (extra charges may apply).

I have extensive experience in helping individuals overcome their personal challenges, as you will see from the Testimonials page. These include successfully treating clients with anxiety, PTSD, phobias and smoking cessation. More recently, I am now booking QHHT sessions.
