Long Term (Face to Face) counselling sessions may be sought for a variety of issues and can help you with tackling experiences or recurring behaviour which has become part of your life. During this therapy will often be over the long term, you may find it beneficial to meet frequently or at more interspersed periods. Your needs can be identified and the timing which suits them discussed between yourself and your therapist. The duration of your therapy sessions may change over the course of your therapy sessions if you feel you have reached required changes or improvements however it is important to consider the advice of your therapist.
