I am an integrated humanistic counsellor, with the ability (and experience) to pull on other modalities to support the journey of my client. I work on line or in person in the Hove, Shoreham and Brighton areas. I have a strong belief in the long-term benefits of counselling and therapy and have experienced my own positive, personal journey through counselling. I work with clients in a relaxed, non-judgemental and confidential environment and very much think of us the working together as a team. I have extensive experience working with clients with many different issues and in many different areas including: Life Challenges Depression Bereavement LGBTQ+/Gender Bereavement Personal Internal Conflict Adoption and Fostering Relationships Couples Extensive experience working with clients from all walks of life and challenges as well as schools and buisnessess in a collaborative, therapeutic setting.
