Fixed Term therapy is an approach similar to short-term therapy and is also solution-oriented. Fixed-term therapy is often where the therapist takes responsibility for working more pro-actively with the client in order to treat clinical and subjective conditions faster. There is observation, utilisation of natural resources and offering new perspectives and multiple viewpoints.
Brighton and Hove Therapy Hub encompasses a large number of Therapists who are qualified, and BACP registered, they are experienced in supporting a wide range of issues ranging from anxiety, depression, eating-disorders, gender identity issues, gambling issues, codependency as well as those experiencing other stressful or life changing situations such as bereavement, separation, divorce or bullying.
Our listed and qualified registered Therapists come from a range of professional backgrounds, many having built their counselling practice across the Sussex Counties and London, but all are experienced in their own professional fields of counselling. As a group they share best-practice and codes of ethical conduct as well as completing professional development sometimes as part of Brighton and Hove Therapy Hub groups with a qualified training instructor. Our registered therapists work across Brighton and Hove using Hove Therapy Rooms situated in Church Road, Hove and Brighton Therapy Practice in Princes Street Brighton.
