You might be feeling like a passenger in your own life, things might feel out of control or you might not understand what has been happening. I’m here to offer you support and to help you work through whatever has brought you to this page. My experience includes extensive work with addictive behaviours, relationships, anxiety, depression, sexual issues, identity and loss. I understand that seeking help can be a difficult and vulnerable experience, which is why I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space that is designed to foster trust and mutual respect. I believe that every individual has a unique story and set of experiences, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. All of my appointments are in line with the ethical and professional standards set out by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means that you can trust that I will always act in your best interest, respect your autonomy, and maintain the confidentiality of our work together.

If you're looking for a counselling experience that is tailored to your unique needs and goals, look no further. With an integrated approach that draws on Humanistic, CBT, and the 12-step model, I can help you explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment. Through collaborative work, you can clarify issues, set goals, and develop coping skills to address your challenges. Biographical work is also an option, allowing you to explore any current issues in the context of your whole life. I truly love this work and bring my experience, passion and creativity to each session.

I have been practising as a therapist since 2009 and have worked in various different settings both in the public and private sector including occupational health, residential treatment settings and the criminal justice sector. I have also been in private practice since 2012 and bring a wealth of experience to my work.
