Some clients may find they prefer therapy to be carried out online as their location or physical condition doesn’t allow for therapy to take place within the setting of a therapy room. In other situations the individual may find therapy more beneficial through this means rather than face to face.
Brighton and Hove Therapy Hub encompasses a large number of Therapists who are qualified, and BACP registered, they are experienced in supporting a wide range of issues ranging from anxiety, depression, eating-disorders, gender identity issues, gambling issues, codependency as well as those experiencing other stressful or life changing situations such as bereavement, separation, divorce or bullying.
Our listed and qualified registered Therapists come from a range of professional backgrounds, many having built their counselling practice across the Sussex Counties and London, but all are experienced in their own professional fields of counselling. As a group they share best-practice and codes of ethical conduct as well as completing professional development sometimes as part of Brighton and Hove Therapy Hub groups with a qualified training instructor. Our registered therapists work across Brighton and Hove using Hove Therapy Rooms situated in Church Road, Hove and Brighton Therapy Practice in Princes Street Brighton. In addition to this a number of our therapists provide counselling via online methods.
