Therapists

Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and it’s hard to know where to turn. You might be seeking help for yourself or perhaps you’re a parent worried about your teenager’s behaviour or emotional wellbeing. Whatever brings you here, I’m ready to listen and support you. I bring an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on mindfulness, art therapy and somatic techniques alongside more traditional talking therapy approaches. This flexibility allows us to tailor sessions to what works best for you. I specialise in helping people not only reduce distress but also discover what brings meaning and purpose to their lives. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe to explore, grow, and build a life that feels fulfilling.

Each session is tailored to your needs, but here’s what therapy might look like: * Open, non-judgemental talking therapy to explore patterns and feelings. * Grounding and mindfulness practices to help you manage overwhelm or emotional shut down. * Reflective exercises to gain clarity and deeper self-awareness. * Practical strategies to create meaningful change at your own pace. As a counsellor and clinical supervisor who supports other counsellors with their work, I bring experience and competence while staying curious and open to learning from everyone I work with. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I’m here to help you navigate the challenges and find a way forward together.

Since 2017, I have been supporting adults and teens as a counsellor in schools, universities and private practice. I am also a clinical supervisor, supporting other professionals with their therapy practice. My specialist training in eating disorders enables me to offer compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals struggling with disordered eating or body image issues. I have a strong interest in research, with a background in Psychology (BSc, MSc), and I use evidence-based approaches to inform my work with clients. Outside of therapy, I enjoy practising and teaching yoga and mindfulness, which inspire many of the techniques I share during therapy sessions.
