My approach is to listen whilst creating a warm and friendly space. Therapy gives us a safe space to reflect, feel and have life changing realizations. In my work I combine different modalities such as CBT, DBT, Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness, Family Constellation and Breathwork. I offer simple yet powerful tools to reduce anxiety. My main priority is to maintain an ethical practice, to keep a non- judgemental attitude towards my clients as well as to always stay open to expand my learning. I have been working as a therapist with people suffering from anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, people going through divorce or separation. I worked as a mindfulness therapist for the Recovery Lighthouse in Worthing. I have worked for YMCA (with young adults and teenagers) and for Change, Grow, Live ( formerly CRI, working with people with substance misuse).
