I am an integrative practitioner, drawing on principles of theories in humanistic psychotherapy. I have a person-centred focus on my clients, by bringing together different therapeutic approaches. This requires a broad range of understanding in a number of theories including (but not limited to) Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and Attachment Theory.

I have a licence to practice from the Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body.  I am a registered member of The British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists.   I have overcome some of my challenges using personal therapy with positive results and have become passionate about helping others to do the same. Together we can analyse and discuss the root causes/ traumas of depression and anxiety to create a new path to a more satisfying life for you.
