My Founder Coaching program is designed to transform Founders to the next level, in mind, business and life. Using this 5 stage framework, we go deep into the core areas crucial for personal and professional growth. Below, you will find an overview of the 5 stages that form the model of my coaching methodology. Stage 1: Vision Thinking The journey begins with a clear and compelling vision. I help you define where you are headed and what you are building towards. This stage is about gaining absolute clarity and focus, ensuring your vision is aligned with your personal and professional aspirations. Stage 2: Mindset A robust vision must be supported by a resilient mindset. Here, we address the inner architecture of your thoughts - your beliefs, worldview, backstory, and emotional challenges. This stage is crucial for identifying and overcoming mental blocks, ensuring your mindset aligns with your goals. Stage 3: Energy Management Next, we focus on your energy levels, identifying what gives you energy and what drains you in business and beyond. This stage also examines macro factors including sleep, fitness, and overall activity to optimise your performance. Effective energy management ensures you maintain peak productivity, focus and health. Stage 4: Strategy With a clear vision and the right mindset and energy, we then develop a strategic plan. This involves creating actionable steps to achieve your vision. We work on building a roadmap that aligns with your goals and ensures sustainable growth and success. We also look out for potential danger ahead and develop tactics to deal with these. Stage 5: Skill Set The final stage involves a thorough analysis of your unique skills and talents. We identify where you excel and how to leverage your strengths while recognising areas that may benefit from outsourcing. This ensures you remain focused on your ‘zone of genius’ and do not waste energy on less impactful tasks.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve studied, practiced, trained, and immersing myself in the fields of personal and professional development. I’ve studied and practiced psychology and human behaviour. I synthesise pioneering knowledge from psychology, embodied cognition, neuroscience, and systems thinking. I’ve experienced numerous types of therapy, been coached and I have read more books and articles than I can remember. For me, self-work is the finest work and it has given me so much understanding, insight and tools to share with those I work with.
