Counselling can be the support you need and deserve to improve your life. I will understand you and want to hear about your experiences of anxiety, panic attacks, potential grief, depression and/or bun out. As an Integrative therapist, I draw on a wide range of tools and approaches including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT theories. This means I can accommodate your unique wants, needs and preferences. I am furthermore very interested in hearing about your lived, somatic experience. We can discuss this approach during a free initial, non-obligatory meeting.

Life can be very hard and relationships with ourselves and the people around us are very important and can be stressful and unsettling. Having supported a wide range of clients, I believe that every person is unique and when in a safe environment can draw from strengths. This motivated me to become an Integrative Counsellor which enables me to draw on a wide range of therapeutic approaches (ie mindfulness, CBT, Somatic work) to adapt to your preferences. Prior to becoming a qualified counsellor I worked in corporate environments. My previous career, together with my counselling training and other life experiences informs my open minded approach. We can chat more during a free initial meeting. I have extensive experience working with people in executive roles, parents, people with chronic and life limiting illness, bereavement, trauma and neurodivergence. Furthermore, all feelings like anger, Anxiety, loss, depression, hopelessness, numbness, disconnect and general discomfort, discontentment and unhappiness can be openly discussed without judgement.
