I am a UKCP Registered Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and BACP Registered Psychotherapist, offering therapy in person in Brighton & Hove and online across the UK. I work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, bereavement, low self-esteem, life transitions, addiction, and psychosexual concerns. I believe that meaningful change begins when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. My aim is to provide a thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where you can explore your experiences safely and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
I offer a warm, honest, and supportive therapeutic space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement. My work is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, with a focus on understanding how early experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns may continue to influence your emotional wellbeing and the way you relate to yourself and others. I believe that therapy is not only about managing symptoms, but about developing a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we will explore recurring patterns, emotional difficulties, and aspects of your experience that may feel confusing or overwhelming, helping you gain greater insight and create meaningful, lasting change. While my work is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy, I also draw on relational, psychoanalytic, existential, and humanistic perspectives where appropriate. This allows me to respond thoughtfully to each person's unique needs while maintaining a consistent therapeutic framework. I work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, relationship difficulties, addiction, disordered eating, identity, self-esteem, and life transitions. I also have additional training in psychosexual psychotherapy and offer support for sexual and intimacy-related concerns within a reflective, compassionate, and confidential therapeutic setting.
