Chadia is a psychodynamic psychotherapist offering in-person and online therapy tailored to the individual needs of her clients. She is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working in line with its ethical and professional standards. She works with adults who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or caught in recurring patterns that are difficult to understand or change. Her practice integrates psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and existential thinking to help clients explore how past experiences and present-day pressures shape their emotional world and sense of self. Her approach is thoughtful, relational, and collaborative, offering a safe and reflective space where clients can develop greater self-understanding and begin to make meaningful changes in how they experience themselves and their lives.
Chadia is a psychodynamic psychotherapist who offers a direct, honest, and supportive therapeutic space. Her work is grounded in a psychodynamic approach, with attention to how emotional patterns, relationships, and earlier experiences shape present-day difficulties. She works with adults experiencing a range of emotional and relational challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, disordered eating, addiction, and difficulties with identity and self-esteem. Alongside her core psychodynamic training, Chadia integrates relational and humanistic perspectives where appropriate, allowing for a flexible and responsive approach to each client’s needs. Chadia has additional training and experience in psychosexual therapy and can offer support to individuals experiencing sexual concerns within a reflective and confidential therapeutic setting.
Chadia holds an MSc in Psychotherapy and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Her training provides a strong foundation in psychodynamic psychotherapy, with a focus on understanding how unconscious processes and early relational experiences can influence current thoughts, emotions, and patterns of relating. Through this approach, she supports clients in exploring the links between past and present experiences, helping to bring greater clarity and understanding to emotional difficulties and recurring patterns. This process can support increased self-awareness, emotional insight, and a more integrated sense of self over time.
