My work intersects somatic psychology and existential psychotherapy. I work with individuals, couples and families. I have ten years of experience in working with children and teenagers at schools, and adults in the private, public and charity sectors. Throughout my years working in this field, I have brought innovative psychotherapeutic models for mental and physical health to support individuals, couples and families in Argentina and in the UK. I also have experience in the forensic setting working alongside Sussex police providing therapy to offenders using a trauma-informed approach. I offer sessions in Spanish and English online or face-to-face.

I am curious about how you see the world, what matters to you, and how you are feeling physically, mentally and spiritually. Grounded in the idea of holding a warm and non-judgmental space, I’m passionate about looking at a wide variety of tools that might suit you towards growth, healing, transformation and embodied presence. My work is focused on the relationship between body, emotions, thoughts and imagination. As an additional resource, if you are interested in creative writing, drawing or movement, we can explore a world beyond conventional communication that might not be able to be expressed purely through verbal language. I am a Counselling Psychologist registered with HCPC, BPS Chartered Counselling Psychologist, Psychotherapist accredited with BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and Clinical Psychologist trained in Argentina. I am also an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) therapist so can support people that would like to process overwhelming experiences using this model. In addition to this, I have a certificate on DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) from SDS, Polyvagal Theory in Therapy delivered by Deb Dana and Internal Family Systems: A Step by Step Guide Through Clinical Applications of the IFS Model with Frank Anderson. I tend to combine some elements from the Polyvagal model with IFS when appropriate. I like to bring creative resources to the therapy room so in 2018, I trained in movement-based expressive arts therapy at Tamalpa Institute in California to support people who are interested in using the language of the arts (dancing/ movement, drawing and writing) in the therapy room to explore personal and collective themes. I also completed my certificate in couples therapy at Connexus Institute in Sussex as an alongside training to develop my skills in thinking systematically when having more than one person in the room.
