I am a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist. I completed my training at CICS – Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology. This contemporary and pluralistic training equipped me with a diverse therapeutic toolkit, including interventions from a wide range of modalities such as CBT, Humanistic, Gestalt, etc. This breadth allows me to collaborate with clients in creating a tailored therapeutic plan that respects their unique needs, histories and hopes for change. I am a registered member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists – COSRT and I abide by their Code of Ethics and Practice. I offer individual and relationship therapy in both English (EN) and Portuguese (PT), available online (UK and internationally) or in person in Hove.

My therapeutic approach is pluralistic, person centred, trauma informed, and grounded in science, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. I draw from a holistic biopsychosocial lens to help clients understand themselves and their relationships with greater clarity. I balance compassion with gentle challenge, supporting clients to develop emotional resilience, self acceptance and further ways of relating. Central to my practice is the creation of a safe, non judgmental, and inclusive environment where clients can explore personal topics at their own pace. My practice supports clients with a wide range of concerns related to: erections, low desire, pain, orgasms, sexuality or gender identity, kinks and fetishes, compulsive sexual behaviour, sexual health, fertility, childhood sexual abuse, intimate partner violence or sexual violence. At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to support clients on their journey to having healthier and fulfilled sex lives and relationships with others and themselves.

My background in Biomedical Engineering and IT programming, shaped my appreciation for systems, complexity and the interplay between mind and body. My journey from engineering to therapy reflects a shift from binary, solution focused thinking to an approach that embraces nuance, curiosity, complexity and genuine human connection.
