I take a holistic approach to Art therapy. by using a range of materials during creative therapy such as clay, painting, chalk sand tray, imaginative play and art based techniques to help you to access and express the pre-verbal feelings or emotions. I am passionate about the therapeutic power of creativity which can be used to foster resilience, confidence and self-awareness.

I have been working in education with children between the ages of 5 to 15 and also with supporting people living with learning difficulties. I have over 10 years experience in helping clients with ASD, ADHD, low mood, confidence, anxiety, social issues and family disputes. I am also a practicing artist and makes sketchbook journals inspired by dreams, archetypal stories, signs and symbols.
