My approach to therapy is client-centred, collaborative, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. By utilising evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), health psychology, positive psychology, applied psychology, resiliency and strength, I help my clients develop coping skills, build resilience, and foster positive change whilst on the road to health, wellness, flourishing and growth. Session fee: £90 per session Concession: Limited availability, please enquire directly if this is something you need.

As a Practitioner Member of: the British Association of Holistic Medicine & Healthcare; the Nursing & Midwifery Council; and the British Psychological Society, my approach and ethos is grounded with a holistic ethos and biopsychosocial approach to wellness. With a background as a Licenced Medical Professional, I bring a unique perspective to my therapeutic practice; blending biopsychosocial and holistic considerations into practice to offer comprehensive support and direction. I believe that early intervention and support is crucial in promoting personal development and preventing long-term challenges.
