Therapists
I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor working in private practice in Brighton, both in person and online. I work with a wide range of issues, with particular experience in bereavement, grief and loss in all its forms. I have a particular interest in adoption and the lifelong impact it can have on identity, belonging and relationships. I am fully certified by the Albany Centre to provide adoption counselling and have many years' experience working with Cruse, supporting people through bereavement and complex grief.
I work relationally, meaning therapy is a collaborative process shaped by the relationship we build together. I don't see therapy as being about "fixing" you or applying a technique. Instead, I see it as a conversation and relationship through which we can make sense of your experiences, understand recurring patterns, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.
My background is in gardening and bodywork - both need time, space, and the right kind of pressure to change. Therapy is much the same - noticing both what is spoken and what is felt, doing a bit of digging - sometimes getting a bit messy - and letting something new take shape. If anything here resonates and you'd like to explore whether working together might feel right, you're welcome to get in touch.
