Life can be hard, and sometimes you need a place to figure things out. Therapy can be that place; a place where you can feel heard and met with care and respect, a safe place where you can heal and grow towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I offer a safe and non-judgemental environment, in which you can explore your feelings and experiences and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. I take a holistic approach to help you discover yourself, your life, and your place in the world. Working alongside you, I support you in facing life’s challenges, healing from past pain, and discovering new possibilities.
