Out of difficulty can come learning and growth. I believe in the human impulse towards healing and have witnessed this movement many times in my work. My first career was as a Chartered Accountant and I bring to my practice an understanding of both corporate and not for profit workplaces. Inner change can happen at any point in our lives, when we are willing to take that first step. "Start close in, don’t take the second step or the third, start with the first thing close in, the step you don’t want to take." ~David Whyte, River Flow: New and Selected Poems

My core training is in Transactional Analysis (TA) counselling and psychotherapy; I have additional training and experience in working with adult ex-boarders and run a therapeutic support group for ex-boarders.
