I'm a psychotherapeutic counsellor working in Brighton and Hove. Counselling can offer you a safe space to explore your feelings, thoughts or behaviours and I welcome you to bring whatever you wish to bring. I have worked in mental health since 2017 and have worked with individuals as well as groups. With a warm and non-judgmental demeanour, I create a nurturing space where individuals can freely explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences on a deeper level. I understand that each person's journey is unique, and tailor my approach to meet your specific needs and challenges. My approach would best be described as collaborative and I consider the therapeutic relationship to be the vehicle for this. Please feel welcome to reach out with any questions you might have in regards to starting therapy or if you would like to explore our therapeutic compatibility.

Through psychodynamic psychotherapy, I support clients unravel relational patterns, gain insight in internal conflicts, and heal emotional wounds from the past. I believe that by bringing awareness to the dynamics at play, individuals can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and make positive changes in their lives. This approach is rooted in the belief that our early life experiences influence who we are and how we navigate relationships. However, it’s not just about examining the past—it’s also an opportunity to process and navigate your current emotions and experiences. In any case, therapy is centered around your needs and you are free to use it in whatever way feels most helpful to you.

I have previously worked supporting adults with complex mental health needs in a therapeutic community in London. In the past I also worked seeing clients for a low-cost psychotherapy service in Brighton. I have a background in clinical psychology which currently allows to provide short term-therapy and clinical assessments in an EAP setting. Alongside my clinical work, I also provide manager consulting and psychologically informed training for different companies.
