Therapists

Hello, and welcome. I’m a psychodynamic psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through deep, meaningful therapeutic work. I offer a calm, reflective space where you can explore what’s troubling you, at your own pace and without judgment. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a wide range of settings—including the NHS, the charity sector, and private practice—which has given me a rich understanding of the diverse challenges people face. My work is grounded in a strong commitment to thinking about trauma, identity, and the complexities of difference and diversity. Much of my practice has focused on supporting individuals from marginalised or underserved backgrounds.

In therapy, I aim to create a space where your story can be heard and understood—where patterns can be explored, pain can be named, and new ways of being can begin to emerge.

I have specialist experience and training in working with trauma in a variety of setting. I have worked for the past 10 years at The British Red Cross and Refugee Council offering therapy to refugees and asylum seekers; helping people process experiences of displacement, loss, and rebuilding a sense of safety and identity.
