Therapists
I’m a Brighton & Hove-based integrative psychotherapist, working with adolescents and adults, offering a supportive and affirming space to explore your experiences in a way that feels right for you. Drawing on a variety of therapeutic skills and approaches, I tailor sessions to your unique needs. While I am equipped to help you talk through your experiences and challenges, I will also challenge you to use other ways to understand yourself—through creativity, movement, or connecting with the natural world—to deepen your self-awareness and healing. I believe that as humans, we seek meaning in our experiences, our connections, and our place in the world. Not just through our relationships with others, but also through the lenses of our identity, work, environment, race, culture, and history. These all shape our sense of self and help us make meaning of our lives. When we take the time to explore these lenses, we can begin to understand ourselves more deeply, recognizing the patterns that influence our behaviors, emotions, and ways of relating. Therapy offers a space to reflect on these dynamics, helping you to make sense of your experiences and find meaning in the life you are living. My practice blends Art Psychotherapy and Environmental Arts Therapy, incorporating creativity, movement, and time in nature to support self-discovery and healing. As a queer, non-binary therapist, I am passionate about creating an inclusive space where you can freely explore your identity, gender, sexuality, and relationships without judgment. I am GSRD (Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversity) and kink-positive, and I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent people. You don’t need to be an artist, and you don’t need to have all the answers. Whether you’re feeling lost, curious, or ready to explore your identity and experiences on a deeper level, I’m here to support you in finding what works best for you. If this resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.
Not everyone finds it easy to talk about difficult life experiences. In fact, trying to put words to trauma, an abusive relationship, or painful memories can sometimes feel overwhelming—or even re-traumatizing. That’s why therapy doesn’t have to start, or even center around, talking. As an art psychotherapist and nature-based therapist, I offer a different approach—one that invites creativity, movement, and connection with nature to help you explore your emotions in a way that feels safer and more manageable. You may have lots of experience with therapy but are looking for something different. Or perhaps you’re a creative person who naturally expresses yourself through art, movement, or time in nature and want to explore that further. No prior experience in art-making is necessary—this isn’t about creating something for a gallery or performing for others. It’s about using creativity as a tool to better understand yourself, process emotions, and make sense of your experiences in a way that feels intuitive and supportive. There’s no right or wrong way to do this—just a space for you to express, reflect, and grow at your own pace. Therapy doesn’t have to be about sitting in a room and talking. Sometimes, our bodies hold stories that words can’t quite capture. Through art, movement, and time in nature, you can access different parts of yourself in a way that feels natural and freeing. You might begin to understand your trauma responses in a new way, explore your identity, or simply deepen your relationship with yourself and others. Feeling nervous? That’s completely normal. Stepping into therapy—especially if you’ve been holding things in for a long time—can feel like a big leap. But you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, guidance, and different ways to help you connect with yourself. Whether you're curious, hesitant, or ready to dive in, we’ll find what works best for you. My fees range from £65-80 per session depending on approach. GSRD Arts Therapy group £35-45 per session (starts 27th May - still space)
