As a Humanistic counsellor, I believe that we all have the capacity for growth, healing and change within us – so my aim will be to create the conditions for you feel autonomous and empowered in your own life. Together we will make sense of your experience, thoughts and emotions, and gently explore different perspectives and possibilities. Our work together will therefore be collaborative – I will be there alongside you as we move your life in a direction that is right for you. Fees are on a sliding scale of £55-£65, based on your affordability.

I have a PGDip in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Brighton University. As well as an established private practice, I also have experience working in community and educational settings. I also work for a local women’s charity leading support groups for new mothers, and also women in midlife/perimenopause. I am an Accredited member of the BACP.
