I am an experienced therapist, and offer you a a safe, comfortable and welcoming space to freely discuss and explore things that you may not feel able to do with family and friends. Working as a therapist for 10 years, in many different settings, it has been a privilege to see the transformative ways in which people can heal and grow through counselling. I have experience with a wide range of issues and client groups, but whatever difficulties in your life have brought you here, I am ready to listen and offer you support and guidance.

As a Humanistic counsellor, I believe that we all have the capacity for growth, healing and change within us – so my aim will be to help you find your own path. Together we will unravel and make sense of your experience, thoughts and emotions. We will gently explore different perspectives and possibilities, and facilitate positive change. Our work together will therefore be collaborative – I will be there alongside you as we move your life in a direction that is right for you.

I have a PGDip in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Brighton University. As well as an established private practice, I also have experience working for a low-cost counselling charity and education settings. I am also a Lead Support Group Facilitator for a local charity offering support to mothers on their transition to parenthood. I am an Accredited member of the BACP.
