I live in Lewes and am a woodturner in my spare time. I am the counselling Co-Ordinator at Emmaus Brighton and Hove which is a small low cost practice I took over in 2015. I am married with 2 step children both grown and flown the nest.
I am a trained person centred counsellor with experience in Drug and Alcohol issues, trauma, relationships, bereavement and grief. I work from rooms in Lewes and Brighton. I am comfortable with zoom sessions. I have access to a large private space with wood and garden where I do eco therapy weather permitting. I charge £60 per weekly therapy session and each session will last 50 minutes. The amount of sessions and the content of the time together is completely your choice.
I was born in England and taken to Africa when I was seven. Boarding schools were a part of my schooling. My first ambition was to be a rock star. From sex drugs and rock and roll I ended up with the drugs. I have been in recovery since 1994. I have lived in Kenya where I worked in digital film and video production. I came back to UK 20 years ago and gravitated to doing my counselling degree.
