Therapists
I am a qualified Human Givens trainee therapist with a background in coaching and running a creative business for over 20 years. I bring empathy, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset to my sessions, aiming to help clients feel heard and supported while making genuine and lasting progress. I am currently prioritising in-person sessions in Brighton & Hove and plan to offer online sessions soon to work with clients across the country.
I was drawn to the Human Givens approach because of its emphasis on emotional health as a natural, achievable state—and on helping people move towards it as swiftly and effectively as possible. It’s a practical, strengths-based framework that helps us understand distress not as a disorder, but as a signal that something important is missing in our lives. I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm and phobias.
For over 20 years, I ran a successful creative agency, where I also mentored team members and supported individuals through change. For the past ten years I have also been a Director at Creative Conscious, a charity to support and inspire young creative thinkers to use their talents to create a positive impact in our world. This experience led to a natural progression into coaching and, ultimately, Human Givens therapy.
