I offer warm, open and thoughtful talking therapy. I excel at providing a non-judgemental space where trust builds, and it feels safe to share the challenges in your life. The relationship we build together, in turn can help shift patterns in the way you relate to others and how you cope with the tough stuff life throws at you. I can support you to make these shifts over a long term open ended sessions or a shorter fixed term arrangement such as 12 weeks.

Besides counselling I have been a statutory advocate for those with complex mental health conditions/ABI, learning disabilities and dementia for over 20 years.
