Therapists

I am a humanistic counsellor, which means I work in a non- directive collaborative way. There are no specific techniques as such but I am happy to work with you on any issues you want to bring to therapy. I will endeavour to provide a safe and accepting space where you feel supported and respected. I have specific experience of working with young people but welcome all. The list below illustrates the issues I am comfortable working with.
