I am an experienced therapist working with young people and adults. I work in an educational setting with adolescents alongside my private work. My approach is primarily Psychodynamic which examines how past experiences and unconscious beliefs may be preventing a happy or contented life. I integrate and adapt my work to each person and my focus is on supporting people to break free from limiting beliefs and patterns which can cause issues in everyday life.

I have worked within the mental health sector for over 25 years. Currently I work in a college so am very experienced in working with teenagers.
