It takes courage to face the pain or insecurities from experiences that may leave you feeling worried, confused, overwhelmed or even stuck from moving forward. Sometimes we could all use a little support to get through to the next phase. My role as your therapist is to work with your own unique process as I guide you to trust yourself to make the changes you want for yourself, so you can start move forward in a new direction to achieve your goals from a place of balance, clarity and confidence as you reconnect with your own healing energy. Therapy can be short term or ongoing depending on your needs. Sessions can vary from talking therapies to release what you need in that moment, to a range of creative therapies that can be useful when it may be difficult to articulate what we are feeling. We may incorporate some simple mindfulness techniques to help manage anxiety, over thinking or overwhelming feelings. These can also practiced whenever you need them between sessions to support you to improve your overall wellbeing and daily life. If you feel the need to connect spiritually, we may explore working with the chakra system or universal laws to help better understand and resolve any unconscious blocks you may be holding energetically.

I hold a global background of experience in business & management before changing careers to practice as a yoga teacher and reiki healer whilst working with mental health in the government and private sector. I have an international practice and take pride in working with individuals from all walks of life and offer an inclusive practice with a ‘human to human’ connection- regardless of you background or story.
