I take a holistic approach to art therapy, using a wide range of creative materials — including clay, paint, chalk, sand trays, imaginative play, and other art-based techniques — to help you access and express emotions that may be difficult to put into words. I am passionate about the healing power of creativity and its ability to foster resilience, confidence, and self-awareness.

I have worked in education with children aged 5–15 and have supported individuals living with learning difficulties. With over 10 years of experience, I have helped clients navigate challenges related to autism (ASD), ADHD, low mood, confidence, anxiety, social relationships, and family conflict. Alongside my therapeutic work, I am a practicing artist who creates sketchbook journals inspired by dreams, archetypal stories, symbols, and the unconscious.
