I offer outdoor therapy and specialist psychological therapy. I have worked in mental health since 1995 and am an accredited cognitive analytic psychotherapist. I have a wide range of experience in NHS Mental Health Services and I am experienced with both adults and children, adolescents, couples and families in the delivery of evidence based psychological interventions. I also offer clinic based therapy in my practice in Brighton and online therapy Cognitive analytic therapy is a structured approach that explores relationships, past and present and some of the relationship dynamics that we may get caught up in which affect our ways of relating to ourselves and others. It is time limited and change focused and combines different therapeutic traditions (cognitive and analytic models) in a helpful way. I am experienced working with trauma models, and complex presentations like eating disorders and emotional instability. I am experienced delivering therapy on online platforms. I offer in person sessions in Hove and nature based therapy in various locations around Brighton and Hove.
I am a relational psychotherapist and my main approach is cognitive analytic therapy. I am also an ecotherapist and am trained in eating disorder interventions like Mantra, CBT-T and the Maudsley FT approach for Anorexia.
I have a Clinical background and have a mental health nursing qualification. I qualified as a therapist in 2010 and as a psychotherapist in 2020
