My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in the understanding that our bodies and minds hold the stories of our lives. I help clients explore how past experiences may be shaping their present, and together we use simple, embodied tools to release patterns of stress and restore balance. Each session is guided by compassion, curiosity, and respect for your own pace, with the aim of fostering deeper self-awareness and lasting change.

I work with the body as well as the mind, using somatic practices to gently support clients in accessing and releasing stored patterns of stress and trauma. My approach draws on parts work, Compassionate Inquiry, and Hakomi-informed practices, alongside embodied tools such as breathwork, grounding, and mindful awareness. Sessions are client led, compassionate, and collaborative, helping people to integrate insights and create meaningful change in their everyday lives.

I began my career as a paediatric nurse before going on to train as a midwife. When I realised I didn’t feel aligned with the NHS system of training, I followed my heart into birth work and became a birth and postnatal doula, supporting families for many years. Alongside this, I trained in NLP and worked extensively with birth trauma, which deepened my interest in how the body and mind carry and process experiences. This path eventually led me to train in Trauma Informed Somatic Counselling, where I now work with people navigating a wide range of life challenges with warmth, compassion, and a body–mind approach.
