Therapists

Hello and welcome. I’m a qualified and experienced Gestalt Therapist (UKCP Registered) and group facilitator. My approach is grounded in relational and embodied therapy, and I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes, particularly those healing from trauma. I work primarily with people seeking therapy to support post-traumatic growth, especially in the aftermath of early relational trauma, loss, or life transitions. These experiences can deeply shape how we relate to others and engage with the world. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, therapy with me offers a space to explore thoughts, feelings, hopes, fears and move towards living a life with renewed vitality. My style is grounded and collaborative with empathic challenging. I won't try to "fix" you, but I will support you in making sense of patterns that no longer serve you — in relationships, at work, or within yourself. As an embodied, relational practitioner, I help you tune into both mind and body, working with you to understand how your experiences live in your body and influence your everyday life. I also bring a soulful, depth-oriented perspective, which can be especially supportive if you’re adjusting to life after a traumatic event or navigating a sense of meaninglessness or disconnection. I offer therapy both in traditional settings and outdoors — working in nature, a dynamic environment that can reduce stress, deepen insight, and support emotional regulation. We work in all weathers, which can be a powerful metaphor for inner resilience and growth. My practice is anti-oppressive and inclusive — all bodies, identities, and lived experiences are welcome. In addition to my clinical work, I’m a tutor, trainer, and group supervisor at the Gestalt Centre in London with many years of experience supporting people through long-term therapeutic work. * I am currently training in Creative supervision and accepting new supervisees on a reduced fee *

My work is grounded in relational Gestalt therapy and somatic practice, with a strong commitment to working in an inclusive, anti-oppressive way. I offer a space where you can slow down, take up space, and explore what’s really going on — beneath the habits, roles, or stories you’ve had to carry to get on with daily life. I support people who are ready to explore deeper questions around identity, belonging, power, and connection. You might be navigating grief, relational trauma, burnout, disconnection, or simply a feeling that life could be more aligned. This is a space to bring all of that. My style is collaborative, embodied, and intuitive. I don’t give advice or pathologise — instead, we work together to notice what’s happening in the here and now — in your body, emotions, relationships, and the space between us. Silence, movement, stuckness, even the things you don’t have words for yet — all of it is welcome. I often integrate somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and a more grounded sense of self. Clients describe our work as restorative, gently challenging, creative, and spacious — a place to experiment with new ways of being, relating, and making sense of the world. I also offer therapy outdoors in nature, where we walk, sit, or simply be in connection with the living world. Nature can be a powerful co-facilitator — helping us drop out of our heads, feel more resourced, and shift perspective. And yes, we go out in all weathers.

I am an experienced therapist, group facilitator and trainer with over ten years clinical experience. I have a background in the arts, and in health and social care.
