I am a outgoing and personable Brightonian, who has been practicing therapy for 5 years. I love to help people in a variety of ways and can be creative within my practice. Being half Swedish, quarter Chinese and quarter Chinese this has ignited my love to travel the world and love to experience new places, people and cultures. I love my family and friends, recognising how important feeling part of a community is.

Using CBT interventions I help people (age 8+) to see the bigger picture and how our thoughts, feelings and behaviours are all connected and influence each other. Once we have delved into what is keeping the issue going, either thoughts or behaviours, we use CBT interventions to work to make life long changes. The CBT tools we use are simple but putting them into practice is the hard part, with my support and guideance I can aid you in making positive changes for you future. I am able to work with a number of mental health presentations such as anxiety, low mood, phobias, disordered eating, panic, self harm, trauma informed practice, OCD, school attendance and healthy sleep habits.

I went back to university in 2019 to study low intensity CBT, having had my own experience of CBT therapy and appreciating the approach and changes to my everyday life. Then in 2021 going back to university and studying further for my qualification as a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner.
