I provide a warm, non-judgemental and confidential therapeutic relationship where we can identify and explore areas in your life you would like to improve. Together we can work on relationship issues, reducing depression or anxiety, as well as identifying and healing from trauma- helping you find a stronger more confident version of you. I have been working in mental health for 9 years. I started out working in a specialist psychosis team for the NHS. During this time I started training in counselling. I have worked in various counselling settings and NHS IAPT services. I now have a private practice.
