Are you looking for an empathetic and experienced counsellor to talk to? Perhaps you're feeling anxious or depressed? Full of restless energy or sluggish? Struggling with challenging relationships in work or home life? Or avoiding relationships/drawn to avoidant or unavailable people/narcissistic personalities? I specialise in transforming the difficulties people face by looking at what is going on and how early life may have influenced that. I have 15 years experience and can offer a range of safe, verified techniques to assist in your healing.
I take a relaxed and collaborative approach in my work with you, while taking your issues seriously and focusing on the outcome you are looking for. Empathetic listening and intervention can be transformative for people struggling with work or family relationships, anxiety, depression, numbness or limerence. Therapy is a worthwhile investment in yourself whatever your age. I am LGBTQ+ affirmative and experienced with neurodiverse clients. My pronouns are she/her.
Alongside my work as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I have a background in the Arts and Music. My approach is integrative and I collaborate with you to find the best way of working. When not at the clinic, I work therapeutically with the arts outdoors for the charity Sensing Friends, supporting young people with sensory impairment and young women refugees.
