Are you a survivor of narcissistic or covert narcissistic abuse? Or are you struggling to leave an abusive relationship? I can help. Do you experience dysfunctional behaviour from your parents or siblings or at work. Have you experienced gaslighting and crazy making from narcissistic colleagues? I provide a safe space to explore your choices and look at ways forward. If you are looking for an empathetic, highly experienced counsellor to talk to, feel free to get in touch with me. Your feelings may range from frustration or sadness to despair. Or perhaps you're anxious or depressed? You may have debilitating symptoms like panic attacks, a need to be perfect or you may anxiously attach to partners. Perhaps you have experienced initial love-bombing, only for that to be followed by devaluing or discard. I specialise in transforming the difficulties people face by looking at what is going on in the now and - if helpful - how early life may have influenced that. I have 15 years experience and can offer a range of safe, verified techniques to assist in your healing. In my practice I use Attachment Theory, Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems, CBT and Humanistic Integrative Therapy, as well as optional art and drawing to offer a personalised approach to your sessions. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirmative and I am experienced with neurodiverse clients. My pronouns are she/her.

I can offer a safe space for you to explore and talk about what's going on for you. Have questions? You are welcome to email me saratoddarts@gmail.com When you come to a session you are free to speak whatever's on your mind. Seemingly unrelated and unimportant experiences can turn out to be key elements of self-discovery. In my practice I use Transactional Analysis, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, CBT and Humanistic Integrative Therapy, as well as optional art and drawing to offer a personalised approach to healing. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirmative and I am experienced and trained with neurodiverse clients. My pronouns are she/her.

Alongside my work as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I have a background in the Arts and Music. My approach is integrative and I collaborate with you to find the best way of working. When not at the clinic, I work therapeutically with the arts outdoors for the charity Sensing Friends, supporting young people with sensory impairment and young adult refugees.
