I like to work using Integrative Therapy, I feel this helps achieve results because every client is different. I enjoy working with clients creatively, this may involve using psycho-education, mindfulness, journaling and suggesting books that might be helpful to read etc.

I have worked within the NHS doing Psychosexual Therapy with individuals and couples. I also have over 30 years of experience working within Health and Social Care. I worked with both adults and children with complex trauma, supporting with issues such as sexual abuse, domestic abuse and mental health issues. I also worked within Adult Substance Misuse services for many years which also involved working with Addiction and Trauma. I have a lot of experience with Neurodiversity too.
