With over eight years of running my own practice, I offer a warm, supportive and direct approach where you can explore what’s holding you back. People who work with me often describe feeling more grounded, seen, and able to move forward with clarity. Through the work, clients gain new perspectives that help them break long‑standing patterns and reconnect with their own strength. My aim is to create a space where you can comfortably explore what’s holding you back, feel genuinely supported, and begin to make changes that feel empowering and sustainable.

Unlike some other counselling models, Psychosynthesis counselling looks at each issue as an opportunity for growth and development of self-love. We will develop your sessions led by what you bring to them. We may also work with your dreams, guided imagery, drawing and other creative tools that might help you look at a problem differently. If this feels like something you could benefit from please feel free to get in touch for a free consultation with me.

Originally from Germany, I've worked in diverse environments and enjoyed a rich social life, embracing all its indulgences. It was only in my late 30s that I discovered my path to becoming a counsellor. This journey allowed me to experience various facets of life, enriching my understanding of my clients' experiences. Recently, I became a mother. This transition has deepened my appreciation of how our earliest, most vulnerable moments shape our ability to thrive later in life and has really given me even deeper knowledge of what it means to be human.
