I am a psychosynthesis counsellor, well-versed in various other modalities that I consider essential for my toolbox to best support my clients. Often referred to as “a psychology of hope,” psychosynthesis focuses not only on one’s history but also on a purposeful future and the client’s ability to reach their full potential. At the core of my practice is the belief that, given the right help and environment, everyone has the power to grow and become the person they aspire to be. I work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, cultures, and religions, and I am passionate about supporting them on their journey to a more inspired life.

Originally from Germany, I've worked in diverse environments and enjoyed a rich social life, embracing all its indulgences. It was only in my late 30s that I discovered my path to becoming a counsellor. This journey allowed me to experience various facets of life, enriching my understanding of my clients' experiences. Recently, I became a mother. This transition has deepened my appreciation of how our earliest, most vulnerable moments shape our ability to thrive later in life.
