Life can be tough. Whether you’re dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, or painful memories, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or alone. Sometimes we turn to habits that don’t really help, and we can end up feeling guilty, ashamed, or disconnected from ourselves. I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can make sense of those feelings and begin to see yourself with more understanding and kindness. Finding the right counsellor matters, so I offer a free consultation/discovery call to help you decide if I’m a good fit. I provide a space where you can speak openly and safely about whatever you’re feeling without judgement. Even the most uncomfortable emotions become easier to understand when they’re explored gently and with support. My integrative approach means I draw on different therapy styles, depending on what you need. We might look at patterns that keep showing up in your life, explore specific triggers, or work on practical ways to cope. Many people find it helpful to revisit past experiences and reframe them with greater compassion and acceptance. Often speaking them aloud in a safe space, and recognising that they are valid and human, can make them easier to understand and process. This can lead to greater empowerment, confidence, and resilience. Sometimes, it’s simply about having an hour each week that is just for you.

I’m an NCPS registered psychotherapeutic counsellor / therapist / hypnotherapist trained in an integrative approach with a strong grounding in person-centred therapy. In my previous roles I have worked in a variety of industries including film, marketing & health care (NHS & private) including children adolescent mental health services. I have an MA & BSc in Psychology and am a member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS), together with Diplomas in hypnotherapy and counselling. Alongside my private practice, I have volunteered as a counsellor with Olive Branch Counselling & Change Grow Live Brighton. I have experience - some personal and professional - with issues such as trauma, self-esteem, grief, anxiety, depression, substance use, domestic abuse, chronic illness and relationship challenges. The therapy I offer is trauma informed so you can be assured that you will be understood supported and empowered in your therapeutic journey.
