Therapists
I’m a qualified and experienced psychotherapist offering a warm, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or finding yourself overthinking or second-guessing things. I work alongside you to make sense of these experiences, helping you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more able to move forward. I believe that when you feel genuinely seen and understood, change can begin to happen in a way that feels safe and lasting.
I work in an integrative way, drawing from person-centred therapy, CBT, and a nervous-system-informed perspective. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I offer a space where you can feel safe, accepted, and understood, while also gently supporting you to explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Together, we may look at how past experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others, as well as developing practical ways to manage what you’re experiencing day to day. I work collaboratively, at your pace, supporting both insight and meaningful, sustainable change.
I have been working as a therapist since 2013 and have experience supporting adults with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, low self-worth, relationship challenges, and patterns of overthinking. I have worked in both private practice and clinical settings, and I continue to develop my practice through ongoing professional development and supervision. My experience allows me to work with both current difficulties and the deeper patterns that may sit underneath them.
