My approach is rooted in humanistic, person-centred counselling. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing and change when given the right environment — one that feels safe, supportive and free from judgement. At the heart of my work is the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role is not to tell you what to do or offer quick fixes, but to walk alongside you — helping you explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. I offer empathy, honesty and genuine presence, creating a space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard. I work relationally, meaning the therapeutic relationship itself is central to the process. When you feel accepted and understood, it becomes easier to access deeper awareness, challenge limiting patterns and reconnect with your authentic self. Alongside this person-centred foundation, I may gently integrate hypnotherapy or NLP techniques where appropriate, always guided by your needs and with your consent. These approaches can support deeper subconscious change, helping you move beyond insight and into lasting transformation. Above all, I aim to create a calm, grounded space where you can reflect, grow and begin to see yourself — and your life — with greater clarity and compassion.

After a successful career in dentistry, I chose to retrain in the field that had always felt most aligned with who I am — supporting people emotionally as well as practically. I am a qualified and accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Life Coach and NLP Practitioner. holding a Complete Hypnotherapy & Hypnosis Diploma alongside my counselling accreditation. My work combines counselling, hypnotherapy and NLP to help clients gently explore what’s holding them back, release unhelpful patterns and build lasting confidence and emotional resilience. I believe meaningful change happens when we work at both a conscious and subconscious level — not just understanding our struggles, but transforming them. Through my practice, I support clients in creating a new reflection of themselves — one that feels empowered, self-aware and aligned with the life they want to lead. I remain committed to ongoing professional development and personal growth, ensuring I offer ethical, thoughtful and effective support to every client I work with.
