Hello, I’m Luke, an HCPC Clinical Psychologist and co-founder of Being You Psychology. I have extensive experience across NHS, charity, and private settings, supporting people from all walks of life through complex difficulties. I often work with those who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or habits that once felt protective but have now become unhelpful. Whatever challenges you face, my aim is to help you break free from limiting patterns, become a better friend to yourself, and build a life guided by your values - rather than your fears. As a Doctoral-level Clinical Psychologist, I combine the latest psychological evidence with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach. My areas of specialism include supporting people who are living with the impact of trauma or difficult life events, navigating transitions such as changes in work, study, or relationships, and working with challenges such as anxiety, OCD, low mood, or self-doubt. I also have experience helping individuals living with long-term health conditions, including chronic pain, to regain a sense of control and empowerment in the areas of life most affected. At Being You Psychology, I specialise in offering gold-standard, neuroaffirming ADHD assessments and post-diagnostic support.
