Therapists

Hello, and thank you for visiting. I’m a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist (HCPC registered) with over 20 years’ experience supporting adults, young people and families across a wide range of mental health challenges. I truly love my work and feel privileged to walk alongside people as they navigate change and improve their wellbeing. My background spans the NHS, private practice, health and education, giving me a broad understanding of the challenges individuals and families face. I work across the lifespan and specialise in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, bereavement, divorce, work stress, parenting issues, and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) in both adults and children. I offer evidence-based, individually tailored therapy online, in clinic and through consultation — making it easier to access support in a way that suits you. Whether you’re looking for short-term help or longer-term therapy, my aim is to create a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can explore difficulties and make meaningful progress. If you’d like to learn more or are considering arranging an appointment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — all enquiries are warmly welcomed.

I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy and am dedicated to helping clients make real progress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, shaped by my doctorate training and over 20 years of clinical practice. I draw from a range of therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed approaches, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Systemic Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. This integrative style means the therapy we do together is tailored specifically to your needs, goals, and individual circumstances. I take pride in my work and feel privileged to witness the growth and change that clients achieve. I believe good therapy can make you stronger, build resilience and help you get more out of life. My aim is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, empowered and equipped with tools for lasting change.

I bring many years of clinical experience working across both private and NHS settings. My career has spanned hospitals, adult mental health, sexual health, special needs, child development, and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). Alongside my private practice, I currently lead a team of psychologists who provide mental health support to young people facing challenges in education. I also offer professional supervision and have worked extensively in schools and other educational settings, supporting psychologists and practitioners working with children, young people and adults with complex needs. For many years, I have supported young people, their families and adults with a wide range of mental health needs, including Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC). My work has taken me to some of the UK’s most respected hospitals and mental health services, including the Neurology and Neurosurgery Hospital, the Institute of Psychiatry, the Mortimer Clinic in London, and Chelsea and Westminster Paediatrics. In addition to hospital-based roles, I have been deeply involved in child development and diagnostic work, supporting families and young people with ASC and other conditions. This breadth of experience allows me to take a holistic, compassionate and evidence-based approach in my work with clients.
